Annalise Stalls

is a lauded saxophonist, composer, and educator from North Carolina whose talent has been recognized by multiple awards as one of the most interesting emerging artists of the North Carolina Triangle. Stalls has released two albums with her group Zen Poets and is now working on a solo saxophone album. She loves to bend genres and play many varying styles of music to keep things fresh and exciting. Stalls has recently relocated to Boston, Massachusetts from Durham, North Carolina and is looking forward to meeting new people and players as well as starting a Doctorate of Jazz Composition at the New England Conservatory of Music in Fall 2021.
